The New Jersey Devils Youth Hockey Club congratulates Hudson Gorski, who has committed to play Division I hockey at Cornell University.
Hudson started his hockey career as a Mite with Devils Youth, making the jump to Tier 1 as a Bantam. He was selected to represent the Atlantic District at the USA Hockey Training & Development Camps in Amherst, New York in 2021 and 2022, where he caught the eye of coaches from Michigan State, Princeton, Penn State, and University of Connecticut and Cornell.
When asked what advice he would give ambitious young players, Hudson said, “There are no shortcuts to success. The only way to get where you want to go is to put in the work, trust yourself, and trust the process.”
Hudson played in the Quebec Peewee Tournament as a member of the Atlantic District Lehigh Valley Phantoms team and was selected to play in the AYHL All-Star Game in 2022. He was on the varsity ice hockey team at Seton Hall Preparatory School and is currently attending the Salisbury School.
